Reginald "Reggie" Butler (1957-2025) was the visionary founder and CEO of Performance Paradigm LLC and founder of the Human Code Project.
For over three decades, he created transformational experiences for organizations and communities worldwide, touching 1.5 million people through his unique fusion of performance and pedagogy. He believed in creating "safe spaces for humans to navigate and explore current topics, increasing capacity and emotional muscle to dwell in discomfort."
Reggie's genius was understanding that transformation isn't intellectual — it's visceral. He didn't teach about transformation; he created the conditions for people to transform themselves. His mantra was simple but powerful: "It's about the learner."
His legacy lives in every person who learned to see their own potential differently, every team that chose connection over conflict, every organization that chose to reckon with its culture. His work continues through the Human Code Project and the countless ripples of change he set in motion.
